By purchasing or accessing the VIPK9 Development Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Development Hub.

1. About the Development Hub

The VIPK9 Development Hub provides online dog training and educational content for dog owners, handlers and trainers.

The content is designed to develop your knowledge, training skills and understanding of canine behaviour and development.

Every dog is an individual. Training outcomes will vary depending on factors including the dog's temperament, genetics, health, environment, previous experiences and the consistency of training. VIPK9 cannot guarantee specific behavioural, obedience or performance outcomes.

2. Your Account and Access

Your account and course access are for your personal use only.

You must not share your login details or allow another person to access the Development Hub through your account.

Access is provided according to the programme or membership purchased. Additional courses, programmes or resources may be sold separately and are not included unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

VIPK9 continually develops the Development Hub. Courses, lessons and resources may be added, updated, reorganised or removed as the Hub evolves.

3. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All videos, written material, downloads, graphics, photographs, training systems and other content within the Development Hub remain the intellectual property of VIPK9 or its authorised licensors.

Purchasing access gives you a personal licence to use the content for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of any material.

You must not:

Any unauthorised use of Hub content may result in immediate termination of access and further legal action where appropriate.

4. Training and Dog Welfare

Training should always be carried out responsibly and with consideration for the individual dog.

Exercises suitable for one dog may not be appropriate for another.

You remain responsible for deciding whether an exercise is suitable for your dog and for adapting training where necessary.

VIPK9 accepts no responsibility for injury, damage or behavioural issues resulting from the inappropriate application of training methods or exercises.

If your dog presents a significant risk to people, animals or itself, online training should not be used as a substitute for an appropriate in-person behavioural assessment or professional support.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.

Where payment plans or subscriptions are offered, you agree to make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

Where digital content is made available immediately after purchase, you may be asked to confirm that you wish to receive immediate access and acknowledge how this affects your statutory cancellation rights where applicable.

If you experience any technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact VIPK9 so the issue can be investigated.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal payments. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will end automatically.

Due to the digital nature of the Development Hub and the immediate access provided to training materials, refunds will not normally be offered once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Where a programme is sold as Lifetime Access, access is provided for the lifetime of that programme. Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

7. Platform Availability

VIPK9 aims to keep the Development Hub available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates, technical issues or circumstances outside VIPK9's reasonable control.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

VIPK9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

9. Privacy

VIPK9 processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights regarding your personal information.

10. Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to this, VIPK9 is not responsible for losses arising from the incorrect or inappropriate application of training information provided through the Development Hub.

You remain responsible for your own training decisions and for taking reasonable precautions to protect the safety and welfare of yourself, your dog and others.

11. Changes to These Terms

VIPK9 may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Development Hub, its services or applicable legal requirements.

The most recent version will always be available within the Development Hub.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable consumer rights.
